Free audio player that lets you sample songs.

In musical language a loop is an audio file that is repeated within the composition, and the start and finish are the same point, indicating a circular structure. The loop comes from already recorded music, and is obtained via samples.

OUTI works along these lines, as it is a free audio player that lets you record and sample music files, via VST plug-ins and using the cut and synchronize music function.

It includes a configurable window for each track with an incorporated sequencer. Thus you can control each note, its volume and the loop point you want.
